The pump is the heart of the misting system. We operate at 1000PSI, this high pressure boost in water pressure allows the mist droplet to become small enough to completely evaporate and create cooling of the surrounding air without getting the area wet.
All RAPIDCOOL mist pumps are sized for the total number of mist nozzles so that the volume is mated with the total system needs.
Automatic water shut off and 5 micron inlet water filtration is standard on all mist pumps. Our quality pumps are ready for long service into the total system.
Rapid Cool sells high pressure water pumps and direct drive pumps for a quality misting pump that is sized for any size misting systems.

Rapidcool commercial belt drive pumps are the answer for large projects that demand absolute reliability. Belt drive pumps are available in many sizes from 1 GPM to 60 GPM and in all voltages and phases.
All pump drives are custom built to meet the demands of the system they are matched to. Primarily built with Cat Pumps and Baldor motors.
Filtration is standard as is low water shut-off. Larger motors are motor contactor controlled and overload protected. Frames are powder coated as standard and stainless frames are available.
